It's very easy to track your order via our website tracking system. 


You will need your order number and the email address you used to place the order. You can find the order number on the confirmation email sent after your purchase.

Typically orders on our site take around 15-35 business days to be delivered.


During busy periods we thank you for your additional patience, as orders may take a little longer to be received. Most of our orders are shipped from our worldwide warehouses, which means order times are typically dependent on customs for your local country.

Shipping Costs & Options

We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders where possible. All of our shipping couriers support full tracking, so you can trace your item to your door.


We also offer a Priority Processing upgrade for a flat fee of £5.95. We will fast-track your order processing to try to get a faster dispatch time where possible if you choose this option. As there are many factors in shipping, please note we cannot guarantee a faster shipping speed if this option is chosen.

Missing Items from Orders

We're sorry you haven't got your full order yet.


Sometimes orders can be split into multiple parcels. If this is the case, they are not always dispatched at the same time and they also don't always arrive at the same time. When each parcel is sent, you get an email with the tracking number for that parcel.


Please allow a bit of time for all parcels to arrive.

Pre-Ordering Items

Sometimes we offer special products to pre-order, which gives you the ability to order these items before their official launch or before stock becomes available for everyone.


The pre-order item, along with any other items you have selected for that order, will be processed for shipment once the stock becomes available. This means the whole order is only shipped once the pre-order item is available.


We show dates on the site for the expected available date for our pre-order items, but they can change and should be taken as a guide. We will keep you updated as soon as we send it out.

Applying a Discount Code

If you have a promotional discount code you would like to use, you can do so at checkout.

Placing an Order with Us

To place an order on our site, please find the product(s) you would like to purchase. You can add this to your cart and then click to checkout. 


Enter your information so we know where to send the item to, and choose an appropriate payment method. 


We will give you an order number and send you an email confirmation so you can track your order with us.

Cancelling an Order

As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, we can cancel the order. There are no costs to cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped! 


We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it. 


If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy when you receive your order.

We always try to ensure our customers enjoy a positive shopping experience with us at evercura. Occasionally, you may need to return an item.


For full priced items: We will process a full refund to your original payment method. 

For sale items, or where a discount code has been used: Store credit or an e-gift card will be issued.


Returns must be received in the original condition with packaging. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. 


Once received by us, we will process your return in around 5 business days.

Damaged & Faulty Goods

We value high quality products here at evercura, and completely understand the inconvenience this may have caused.


If you believe you have received a defective item, please get in touch with us. In order for us to investigate further, please attach:


• Photo/Video demonstrating the defect of the item. 

• When you first noticed/experienced the defect with the product. 

• Details of what the problem is, and what brings about this problem.


If found that your item is defective, we will issue a replacement immediately.

Returns Information

Our team will help guide you through the returns process, and guide you to send the item to a location most convenient to process the return easily.


Please try to use a courier who can provide tracking, as this will make it much easier for us to handle the return. 


We do not provide pre-paid return labels at this point. We request you return your items as soon as possible to adhere to Consumer Contract Regulations.

Refund Information

If your item is eligible for a refund, we will issue the payment to the method you used to place the order.


If you used a discount code/purchased a sale item at checkout, your order may only be eligible for a store credit/e-gift card. We will email you details of this and how to use it.
